Sinotec TERRIBLE after purchase support (Technical)

After multiple attempts to get technical assistance through Sinotec (www.sinoprima.co.za) support/contact us form, I have emailed them for assistance with their Sinotec CT101W 2 in 1 tablet pc. The machines OS (windows 10) had issues whereby it needed reloading, where they failed to assist me with general steps to reinstall the said drivers for the device as none of the drivers I have attempted to load fix some of the major hardware items e.g; the wireless adapter. It would be nice to receive at least a automated response to say that my request was received and they would contact me, however none has taken place. Where does one get support for their products if they cannot simply respond to a request? Terrible after sales support. Very disappointed.
