SINOTEC TABLET SCREEN CRACKED

I took out a contract with MTN in September 2015 at Game for a Sinotec tablet. I received a tablet cover and keybord with the deal. I was working on my tablet in my car while waiting for my son. The tablet's battery went flat and I closed the cover and put it next to me on the seat. When I picked it up again, the screen was cracked. I sent through an email to Sinotec, but they are not willing to accomodate me as it is due to misuse or abuse, which it clearly is not. As I only put it down on the seat, I do not see this as abuse. I have a few complaints about Sinotec tablets with cracked screens on Hellopeter. To me it seems as if they install bad quality screens and then wash their hands once it cracks. I now have to pay money on a tablet that I still pay a monthly fee on to repair the screen. And I am probably going to pay just as much to repair the screen, as I would pay for a new tablet. This is really unacceptable.
