SINOTEC SUCKS

I have a Sinotec smart TV that just stopped working. Worst part is that the Sinotec technicians have been promising to come to my house to have a look at what the fault might be but I have been waiting for two weeks for their service. Non of their contact numbers get answered and I my issue cannot even be resolved via email. I would advise people to stay away from Sinotec products altogether.

I would also like some intervention in this regard
