Sinotec Stole My Money !!!

<p>I purchased a Sinotec LED Projector the SPJ-86c.</p> <p>It was faulty and returned the item and was told if needs to be checked out first . When i called in to follow up on my item , i did not rec and Reff number . I thought my details will pick up .I was advised Sinotec does not know anyting about my item . No this really ****ed me off and requested a refund then i was told to go back to game and game says i must call them as they have it with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Who the F can help me find my item . Those nuts at game took my invoice with them . How does Sinotec and Game do business ?</p>
