Sinotec smart tv operation failed

Hi

I have a sinotec smart tv that is not booting. The tv reports operation failed on the screen. I tried to call sinotec but the lines are not going through. If I dont get respond in 24hrs I am taking the tv back to makro to demand my full refund. The customer service is very poor.
