Sinotec smart TV - not Smart

<p>We purchased a 49" smart TV this month. model no. STL49E3001M</p> <p>We are unable to down load anything from the web nor are we able to loasd an anti virus. We have repeatedly gone back to Sinoprama for hel and we still cannot down load.</p> <p>Be carefully when buying a Sinotec smart TV. They may not be smart functional.</p>
