SINOTEC / SKYWORTH ...A very poor brand and unprofessional service from CN Tronics

I had purchased a Sinotec(Skyworth STL 58G2AU) Smart TV of which is still under warranty and had to now go in for the second time to the repair for screen issues and after me asking for a refund or replacement on this faulty unit Makro and CN Tronics have stated that it must be repaired 3 times! Where are the terms to this as I missed this ?

Why would you repair something not rite 3 times and put a customer through this grief.

Needles to say that I will never purchase a Sinotec and that I want a refund for something we did not derive any enjoyment of use from without it going faulty.

CN Tronics have taken my TV 2 weeks ago and still no feedback, JOB Number 554353.

I await my refund Sinotec.
