Sinotec Poor Services, poor quality products

Sintoec as been promising to pick my TV up since 2 weeks ago and still have not. They have a sub contractor working for them called Master Audio Visual who will repair your TV with cheap parts, poor workmanship and then send your TV back broken. Master Audio Visual has now broke my TV and refuse to take responsibility for this. Sinotec is so useless and pathetic making empty promises. Don't purchase Sinotec people their products and customer care is useless.
