Sinotec (CN-Tronics//Sinoprima) poor technical service and customer support

Terribly disappointing service from Sinotec. It has been over a month of unanswered phone calls and emails and no communication from their technical team @ CN-Tronic/ Sinoprima. I have encountered problems with my TV (49 inch Smart Android-Skyworth) since 27th November 2021. (The TV was repaired for the same problem in 2020). Since being taken for repairs (end of November) the TV was finally repaired on the 5th January and it only worked for a day and it was no longer switching on . It (The TV) has been sent back for repairs since the first week of January 2022 and no update on the progress since. Not being able to even retrieve an update on request status is deeply frustrating and time-consuming. Highly disappointed
