Sinotec bad service and appliances

he service is very poor I took in my Sinotec TV for repairs it's been over 2 weeks now.when calling their phone is either on voicemail or it just rings no one picks ups. Been sending emails and no response. am really disappointed with their service I mean I paid money to buy their product if this is the way they treat their customers then I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their brand.
