Sinotec and Makro springfield... Extremely Awful

On Saturday 22/02 /20 I bought sinotec TV's from makro springfield. A 32" and a 65". The salesman was all hands on eager to make the sale. They tested the tv... switched it on for a second to show it powers on...we saw a white screen that said please wait and it wa switched of and packed away. We hired a vehicle to pick us up with the tv as our vehicle was too small. We handled the tv with utmost care... we got home installed my sons tv.. perfect no problems there. We then later opened the 65", both hubby and I noticed a shadow like imprint on the top right hand corner but assumed it was something on the plastic film we thought was covering the screen. We put the tv up... plugged it in... we saw the white screen once again that said please wait just like in the store. Then the screen changed to a grayish color and then we noticed a white mark in the top right hand corner, once again we thought it was on the plastic... before our eyes we watched it get bigger.. hubby touched the screen where it started thinking to pull the plastic off.... it was not plastic .....the screen was cracked from the inside. We rushed to Makro where we explained... they basically told us it's nothing they can do and openly stated we damaged the tv.... it was due to physical impact... they made us feel like *********. We spent 6500.00 on the tv so for them to tell us take it as a loss is just not acceptable. They then told us to come back the next day with the TV to investigate... we did. They surrounded us in returns saying its physical impact sorry nothing we can do. They took pics and said they would send it for investigation. My thing is it's not our first time buying a tv of this type... we know where and how to handle it... the tv comes with a 5 year warranty... we didnt even have it a day and it was broken... never hot to watch it and money down the tubes... I have reached out to Wendy Knowler ...this is just not RiGHT!
