Sinotec and Hificorp

We bought a JVC tv 2 years back from Hifi Corp Pretoria. After a year the the smart tv stop working. In the end we were credited and bought a Sinotec 49" for the 5 year warrenty . We moved couple of months ago to Gravelotte , Limpopo. From 2 days ago there is only a black screen, no picture with sound. Spoke to Merriam from Sinotec (she is doing a great job trying to help me). Issodore from Sinotec says they cannot courier it because it is going to cost R5000 both ways for courier, and they say it is outbound area. I must take it to the store were I bought it, or nearest service centre. The nearest service centre is Polokwane, 200km from us. So Hifi corp cannot help me. I bough the Sinotec for the "Pease of Mind" no it is giving me a pain... Sinotec and Hifi Corp - who between the 2 off you is going to sort this out?

We are 80 km from Tzaneen, 80 Km from Phalaborwa and 60 km from Hoedspruit. I will take it to one of these towns.
