Sinotec after sale service

1 year old Sinotec TV, started making lines on the side. Got worse and then a grey circle appeared at bottom of TV. Collected by Sinotec, photo sent by collector to office which phoned us to say very rudely that there was screen damage!! We know that we handled it with care, it stood same spot for this past year! No damaged caused by us only power problems! Will not recommend this to anyone.
