Sinotec 70' TV purchased from Game Stores Bel-Air

I bough a Sinotec 70' TV at Game store Bell-Air on the 2nd of November. The device switches on and displays the sinotec name when booting up the moment it switches on the TV goes off, I called Game store on the 30th of November and explained to them what the issue is and I was told to bring the TV to the store, mind you the TV is too big to fit in a small car and I had to hire a bakkie when I got there they told me stories that they don't take 55 inches n above in store and I had to take the TV back home and wait for a technician to come, the service that I have received from Game is very disappointing and for me to spend more than 11K on something that had issues within a month, I don't recommend sinotec brand to anyone, you will be making the biggest mistake of your life if you buy that brand, I am still waiting for a call back from the technician, I want them to come and take they device, I don't want it anymore and I want my refund back
