Sinoprima Rep gives me the shaft

Good day,

Our TV has always been able to play all formats such as MKV, AVI etc. Now however it will intermittently play all formats and/or suddenly reboot itself. It's still under warranty and it was purchased through a MassMart outlet.

I would please like to know how you are going to solve two pressing issues for us as investors in Sinoprima products?

A) How will you address the technical problems we have been saddled with please and

B) When the TV is collected from us by yourselves for your assessment, will the loan unit be the same size?

I trust my concerns will be professionally and ethically dealt with and that I will hear from Sinoprima very soon.
