Sinoprima and Game need to take responsibility

I'm speaking to Pingping Yang at Sinoprima SA in midrand Johannesburg about a 32 inch Sinotech TV that I purchased for my parents and the TV, we found out, is designed and built on the same frequency as the multichoice DSTV decoder!! When I explain to Pingping Yang that the television is interfering with the DSTV decoder and that the DSTV decoder is interfering with our television Pingping Yang says that there's absolutely nothing wrong with it!!

I decide to test not one but two other televisions in the same room, one of them also being a Sinotech tv and there's absolutely no interference caused between the DSTV decoder and the television's. Both work normally.

I then decide that Sinoprima are not taking responsibility for this and I formally lodge a complaint with Icasa, only for Pingping Yang to tell me I am "misleading" Icasa" this even after Pingping sent an authorised technician (Mark) from a company called RDC (Ralph Weideman) in Parow who comes out to our home and sees for himself that the to the television and the DSTV decoder are interfering with each other because they are on the same frequency!!

Now I'm contacting Reginald Manuel of Game stores and asking Game to replace the television because Sinoprima just want to change parts inside which haven't done anything to improve the situation and game is unfortunately also just wanting to send the TV to RDC!!

It really isn't great when one is sent from pillar to post on a wild goose chase and nobody wants to accept responsibility.
