Replacment Remote

After a break in the remote for our Sinotec RC-J36 TV was missing and I can not find where to get a replacement in Durban. I have returned to Makro where I purchased the TV but they told me to go to supplier. I emailed the Sinotec site without a response. TV does not function without remote.
