Poor Service

My Sinotec TV that I purchased over 2 years ago from Game Pavilion will not come on anymore. I phoned Game Pavilion and was told to come into the store with my receipt as they need to take down some details. During the course of the week I get another call from Game to say I need to come into the store again as they forgot to take down some details from the receipt. So again, I rushed to Game after work. The next day I get a call from a woman from Sinotec asking if I kept the TV box which I purchased OVER TWO YEARS AGO (No one told me that i needed to keep the empty 55 inch TV box). Apparently the courier company whom Game nor Sinotec know anythung about AND whos business is to transport stuff does not have a box to put a TV in.

So anyway, we go into Game store for a 3rd time to get an empty TV box. We drive a tiny hyundai i10 and the box barely fitted in the car. The sales person from Game tells us that we need to get Sinotec to pick the TV up and gives us a number. We call the number numerous times and it either beeps or says the number doesn't exist.

My patience is running out. It's been almost 2 weeks without a TV. No 1 has bothered to phone and follow up. And when we phone game pavilion, it rings non stop with no answer.

I want my TV fixed OR I want my money back! And why is game sending a courier company who they don't know to my house to fetch the TV?????? I am NOT going into the store again to sort this out. GAME NEEDS TO HANDLE THIS!
