Poor Quality Products and even poorer customer care

I bought a smart TV in June and it stopped playing Netflix in October. Since then Sinotec/Skyworth have ignored my requests to fix the issue. I have now had to buy a Smart TV box for R1299 in order to play Netflix whereas I have a so called smart TV.
