Poor Quality
I have purchased a 7\ sinotec Tablet for my son. The tablet fell from the couch onto a wooden floor and the whole screen cracked. I was very upset as my other son has a Alcatell tablet and he has dropped his several times and not one crack. I felt that this was unacceptable so I decided to contact Sinoprima regarding the quality as the tablet was only 3 days old and did not even drop 30cm. When I phoned in December i learned that they are closed and will only open 12.01.2014. I then left a message on their website regarding my complaint. <br> <br> This was the reply I got from them.<br> <br> "The cost to replace the screen is R750.00"

A product cannot be blamed for breaking due to the negligence of a customer, please take the time to read through your warranty card that was supp**** with the tablet and you will see that physical damage is not covered under the warranty.
