Poor customer service and product

I have a TV that is still under warranty that started giving problems. I reported this to Sinotec almost a month ago now and they dispatched a third party to collect the unit. Since then I have been trying to get feedback or the unit back but they don't answer their telephones or emails. First and last time I ever will buy a Sinotec appliance and suggest interested parties consider the cheaper price they stand to pay when they need the service to back it up.
