Poor after sales service

Handed in TV for repairs for the same problem for the second time in two months. First time got TV back within 4 days. Now if I phone I get different answers depending on who you speak to. One day it is in the workshop. Next day it is "somewhere" waiting for "something". Next day it is in the workshop. This TV is very close to being out of warranty period. I read from other complainants that it follows this process until the TV is out of warranty/guarantee. You then get a quote from them for the repairs. I will be discussing this issue with the Consumer regulator should they do this to me as well. Sinotec will have to look at the service levels of this company as this will make me this twice before ever buing a Sinotec appliance again.

Good day, sorry for the confusion. If the repair status of an unit is 'waiting spares", it means the technician in the workshop have checked the TV but unable to fix it due to spare parts issue. If a TV is booked with the service center before warranty expire, Sinotec will take the responsibility to solve the problem.  Please email you job number to : ***, you will be assisted. Thank you.

After this reply and getting a mail from Pingping that the repair was prioritized I have been ignored on all my further request for a progress report. Today I spoke to Christina who as per her previous reply told me the TV has now been sent back to reception and they are waiting for spares. Round and round we go without getting an answer! Once again I will state that the reputation of Sinotec is shot in my view by the poor after sales service of their service provider.
