PLEASE Buy Another Brand PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

The lower half of my tv has a dark streak across the screen. I created and submitted a ticket, 2 months ago, on 03 September 2020. In the past two months I have managed to get hold of 1 person, Maria, who told me she would update the ticket and get the tv fixed. That was more than a month ago. Today when I checked the ticket again, it was closed 3 days ago!!!???? Nobody contacted me, my tv is still broken, and now what... now my patience turns south.
