Horrible service..after sales and customer care completely useless and rude..I spoke to a consultant named Mariam..from their call centre this lady gave me attitude like I did not buy the damn TV Sinotec needs to improve on their service..a full two weeks I waited for them to collect a TV that is not even 2 months old and is already damaged..now I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix it..this is unexaptable..I urge none to use this brand
