Out of office reply today on a query from 11 November 2017

To whom it may concern:

I have just received an out of office reply from ********** for a query that I logged on the 11th November 2017. So is if fair to say my query has had no attention since then? The leave states from the 1st February, however today is only the 31st January so have your staff already finished working by 4:14pm just in time to send me an out of office. Also, the out of office reply is not complete and does not show who the alternate contact is. This is the what the out of office reply states "I am no in the office from the 1st of Feb to the 25th of Feb. Enquiry for collection and dispatch please contact"

"I am no in the office" - Seriously what caliber of staff am I dealing with as a customer, secondly "please contact"..... Contact who? no further details are provided.

This really reflects poorly on you as a company and according to other reviews that I have seen reflects the truth about your business - No client care, poor service, bad attitude, etc.
