Not so smart TV

I purchased a Sinotec smart TV from Game and was told I could browse / Stream series and movies buy connecting it to the WIFI.

Problem is this isn't happening.

Errors come up when going onto Streaming Sites.

When I use my mobile device I have no problems.

Why are we being told lies about this TV.

Sinotec smart TV doesn't even want to download Apps from Google playstore.

I paid so much money for this TV and it doesn't even do half the things I was told.

Game should discontinue this product.
