Not Panaservice but "poorservice"

We bought a sinotec TV 1 year back , tv just stopped working, reported the matter last year December until today we haven't got any help. They use sub contractors called PANASERVICE, whenever they are supposed to come they always make excuses about load shedding or call me after hours knowing very well that they won't come. What annoys me is that I bought that TV cash. If they don't want to help me, they rather refund me.
