Not complying with add of 5 year warranty

I have got a sinotec 55 inc led tv one day the picture went dead we took it to makro for repairs theybsaid they are going to send it to sinotec we waited 8 weeks when we got it back they said sinotec said it was the back light that has blown. Fine it was fixed 3 months after it was fixed the same problem i phoned sinotec and told then about it, the lady rep**** that i must bring it in so they can give me a qoute to fix it why must i pay if sinotec have a 5 year warranty on all their led tv 's that is not acceptable for me i am very disappointed in sinotec and will never buy one of their products again
