New Sinotec products are ****

I own 2 Sinotec TVs and 1 sinotec sound system. No problems. However I upgraded to a new Sinotec TV from Makro. Absolute waste of money. Sounds awful and the picture quality is terrible. Its a 4k digital TV but my old sintotec TV has better sound and picture. Extremely disappointed. Not going to buy anymore Sinotec products in the future. Makro says I can not exchange because I did not keep the original packaging. Now the TV is a 9 days old eyesore. I used to trust this brand. Seems that their new products are ****.
