Logged a request for repairs

We bought an tv in June 2016 after one year the screen image disappears we have contacted the sinotec Jhb and they advise we do have an 5 year warranty on the tv they advise we must fill in the form for request to collect tv for repairs. We completed the form and sent it back. After few days not hearing anything I call they contact centee and spoke to Maria while talking to her she speak a her language thst I do not understand and then say they have booked it. 2 days later sent an email still no reaponse. Never will i buy sinotec again after paying R7499 for a tv and this is the zfter service you get.
