Inconvenience

I have a problem and i am so heartbroken. I bought SINOTEC plasma tv 2018 at Game Three River, it was Black Friday. The cost price was R7999.00. At game they told me that it 5 years guarantee! After one year the tv died it couldn't switch on and off and i took it to game because I knew it was under guarantee! What hurt me most is that now SINOTEC wants me to pay another R3100 but the tv is under guarantee that will the cost of Tv R11 000, But it was a factory fault. I have never seen *********** and inconveniencing company like SINOTEC! They wont take responsibility for mistakes! To be honest I thought SINOTEC was a reliable company but I'm surprise and dissappointed!
