Ignorence

My letter to Sinotec.---It would appear that nobody at Sinotec is serious about the company's image. In August I complained about the back light of TV model-STL-32 VN 67D which cannot be replaced as this part is no longer manufactured. I still await your response but in the interim phoned and spoke to a person who confirmed he can do nothing other that I try through Multichoice's TV repair contractors perhaps they could assist. Needless to say I have tried a lot of TV repair shops without any success. So I am still sitting with a broken TV just about 6 months out of guarantee and of which the rest is still in perfect condition. I am a pensioner and cannot afford a new TV and it will be indeed sad if what it looks like have to throw the TV away. How about giving me a trade in(surely you can use the parts elsewhere) for a new one. I see you do not have what would appear a proper Complaints Department.no wonder there are so many complaints on Hello Peter. I shall appreciate it if you would indeed take my complaint serious and give me some assistance.
