Hi-Fi corporation Southgate mall!!! **********

<p>I bought a sinotec 49inch at Southgate mall, the Tv was fine when tested at a store and when I got home which is 2km down the road i opened the Tv and plugged it only to find that the was a crack on the screen. The following day I took the Tv in and was told there is nothing they can do as they are only responsible for in store goods!!, was only told that the warranty does not cover the screen, never given clear instructions as to how I should pack the Tv for transportation and usually they would pack it on ur behalf for transportation. </p>
