**** smart TV by Sinotec purchased at Hi-fi Corp Centurion

My Sinotec TV is 4 year old 55 inch model number 55P7703M. I had only attempted to use the functions of the TV during this month as I have uncapped wifi. None of sites open on the TV I am able to watch movies on my Ipad and phone but not on the TV. no sites open and is extremely slow in attempting to do so. So disappointed for a product that carries a 5 year guarantee. when we had purchased the TV from Hi-fi corp in Centurion we were given a remote with a ketpad at the back very modern but very faulty as the battery input was both positive. We then had to purchase a new remote and were give a universal remote by Elizabeth at the Sinotec store in Midrand and told that the remote we have is no longer manifactured however Elizabeth had quoted us on the remote we have with the prodcut number but was unable to supply with the remote. the new remote is outdated. prodcuts should also be advnaced and better but clearly not for Sinotec products. I cannot believe a have a smart tv that does not actually have the fucntionns of a smart tv what a ******* Sinotec. so disappointed. I would please like for my matter to be addressed and I was completely mislead and ********** for both the TV and Remote.
