double trouble

My company bought over past 4 years more than 450 tv units from sinotec direct and by some of there agents namely game and makro and when these sets was sold to us we was told that units have a 5 year warranty.I recently took 5 units in for repairs to there factory in midrand to be told that it is only 3 years because we use some units in guesthouses and others in recovery rooms for pasients.Lots of time these sets are not used for weeks in a row and when we check on working hours it was less than half hours than normal home use. So to be fooled by thinking you buy a sinotec tv to find later 5 years warranty does not excist.So what does consumer council think I will find out soon.
