Dont trust Sinotec!!!!
Bought a new 50" 4K Android TV from Makro Strubensvalley 3 weeks ago on the promises of the Makro service people that Sinotec is GREAT because it is now manufactured in South Africa. Two weeks ago message appears on screen "Update Software". I did. Since then TV not working. Have contacted Marko (including the Store General Manager) and Sinotec mulitiple times in the last two weeks. Every times a PROMISE, taking my phone number, details etc etd that they will contact me.. Despite endless phone calls absolutely NOTHING. Maria Ramala at Sinotec Repairs promised me Patrick will call me and then put the phone down in my ear. BE WARNED!!! STAY AWAY. CANT BE TRUSTED.

10 Mar 2019, 08:33No thank you. I returned it to Makro for a refund and bought a Samsung. Makro informed me that the supplier told them that they cannot fix the software problem...
