Don't buy a Sinotec TV ever

Sinotec doesn't even deserve any stars.I didn't eve have the TV for 3 months and had to send it in for repairs. It has been collected almost 2 months ago and nothing is coming. They keep on saying for the past 3 weeks that my TV is coming. Today Phone and the lady tells me it's awaiting collection from customer. ***??????? I said to her it's been collected the 29 of Jan and she has the audacity to tell me it cant be as she only received an email on the 15 of this month and with a ****y attitude said I can forward you all the emails if you want? Idon't want emails I want my TV!!!!! This is the worst service ever. I get sick when I see the names CN Tronics and Sinotec. How can you not even know where my TV is? I'm sitting with their job card and she tells me I'm lying. Don't ever buy a Sinotec TV or as a matter of fact anything of theirs.
