Default tv

Hi there I have a new TV I bought only a few months old tv shows lines sometimes and freezes bought cash from house and home communicated many times with checkers all they do is lodge tickets I trust you can understand my frustration as this is not a second hand tv and it's not operating to the capacity it should its been 2 months trying to get a refund or a new tv and all they want to do is repair I am now at a point if I don't get help I will publish this on just about every platform and advise friends and family and just about everyone I know to not by sinotec if this is not resolved asap.
