Damaged tablet sold

Good day<br> <br> I bought a 2x tablets at Game on black Friday (27/11/2015). it was a 10 inch tablet with pouch and keyboard included. I bought both for my parents, one was opened on the same day and set up etc. I emailed and faxed through the guarantee card which needed to be sent 2 weeks after purchase which I did. The other tablet I opened the box just so I can send through the guarantee card within 2 weeks which I did, the only difference this tablet was put on the 12 December 2015 to be set up as it was my moms birthday and I bough this for her as a gift and used. I saw a automatic difference between the first one and this one. the first one operated perfectly, the second was screen was too sensitive and \did its own thing"so I put if off and on again and the same thing occurred. I took it to Game the same day and was told I need to send it in for examination. I think this is utter nonsense as I sit here without anything being my fault and my mom has to wait for her present which I was told takes up to 21 working days.<br> <br> How can Sinotec sell goods not in perfect working order?????
