Can Sinotec improve on their Smart TV, I like it but its frustrating me

I bought my Sinotec 58 HUD Smart TV on the 24 March 2020 from GAME which has 5 years warranty. 31 January 2022 the TV went blank only producing sound, I took it back to GAME STORE - (Jabulani Mall) and I was assisted with such good professionalism by the customer care employees.

The tv was taken for repairs for approximately 21 days, fetched it on the 25th of February 2022 all was well but didn't even last for 3 weeks (20 March 2022) the problem/challenge occurred again, its so frustrating because I can't be experiencing the same problem time and time again and yet I have to spend another 21 days again without my Smart tv set. its really frustrating why not exchange the device since the technicians are not doing their 100% job.

Tv is huge its really a challenge to even transport it back to the shop. Previous Assessment/Repair number : *** My number : ***
