Bad service ! Worst attitude

First off all , my TV broke - not even a year old !!! And then I struggle to get assistance for repairs . Everyday I get told someone will come fetch it , still waiting . The call Centre’s service is horrible, spoke to the receptionist who shouted at me before transferring me about 8 times to dispatch . Everyone takes their time and passes the buck, no one takes responsibility for anything. It’s annoying to think we spend money for calls and no one even bothers to treat you professionally ????? I am dead sure the repairs will either be unsuccessful or take a lifetime to complete . I’m not ready !!!! What kind of company is this ?
