Bad service and liers

TV failed in the third year of the 5 years of warranty. I took it in for repairs which was supposed to take 14 to 21 days. A month later I still had not heard from sinotec or Hifi corporation where I had bought the TV from. on follow up after 21 days I was told it is bot back from sinotec. 35 days later I sent a complaint to hifi corporation, two days layer I received a call that I need to pay over R2 000, the screen is cracked on the inside and the warranty does not cover that. how on earth their TV's screen gets cracked while the TV is on the stand, I do not understand, if it had fallen maybe I would. Do not be fooled this fong kong has no 5 year warranty, rather pay once for a good quality reliable brand.
