Bad aftersales service
Client services is dismall at best. My TV has power supply problems and your technical support people is very unhelpful, not even trying to assist. Tells me the part is not available anymore. I will never buy your products again.

28 Feb 2019, 10:18It seems Sinotec only replies when it suits them, much like the service they provide at the repair center..... Their TV's carry a 5 year warranty, but mine is not even 5 years and the parts are already not available? How will you honor your warranty if you can't even supply parts..... I am making it my mission in life to tell as many people as I can to not buy your products, you can thank Elizabeth at the repair center for that.
