Awesome outstanding service and so friendly and helpful

<p>I bought a LED projector Sinotec. I had it installed and then the remote did not work. I called the head office and spoke to Elizabeth. She was so helpful. I asked if i could come through and change it. I arrived there and was greeted by the very friendly Reception lady and elizabeth heard me talking to her and imeadiatly she knew who i was and what was the problem. she helped me straight away. Thank you to you both.</p>
