Absolutely Terrible!!!

I bought a new TV on the 4th of Nov 2024, I've been having problems with it sins the last week of Dec 2024, I made multiple calls to Sinotec. Reception is rude and have no people or communication skills. Got hold of the technical department, they can't help me they keep telling me they send a mail and waiting for reply. Asked multiple times to speak to a manager and the phone drops in my ear. It's bean 3 weeks later and still no reply from sinotec.
