7 Month Old Tv - STL43VN86D

Job no: 557609 TV suddenly stopped working mid-February. It's been almost 2 months and still nothing. Barnard's tv services collected it initially but couldn't do the repair as they had no spares (This is strange as the tv is only 7 months old and is still listed on their website so spares shouldn’t be a problem, I would assume…) Now sitting at CN-Tonics waiting for the technician. I call them every week just to hear the same story. It’s either that the staff there are totally useless and *********** or they just don’t give a damn… Please upskill your staff and kindly revert as this is now unacceptable.
