Dissatisfaction from Sinombuso funeral services

My dad joined the funeral service and chose platinum cover. My dad unfortunately passed on the 08 December. My siblings went to claim and when they got to the office, they were assisted by the receptionist and the who was supposed to assist was not in the office and my family waited 2 hours for the person who was going to assist them. There were coffins but there was no price list, in order for the family to get the price list, they had to call the owner, the sales person arrived after two hours but also did not know the prices of the coffins. We were only told the prices after two days. As the family we felt we were ****med because there was no price list and it took two days to get the prices. We finally got a coffin worth R21000 according to the funeral parlor (Sinombuso). We were not satisfied with the coffin as it looked really cheap, the pictures will be available on request . We asked about the decorations and they had dull decor, we then asked them if we can hire a person to do the decorations for us as we were not happy with their dull decor and they agreed. They had no stage as requested so that motivated the family to hire our own decorations as it was going to include the stage. On the day of the funeral the decorations were already done and a nice stage, they arrived late and said they will not continue with our father’s burial because we hired the decorations from a person who does burials and we as the family were not aware. They then took our decorations off and put their ugly, dull decor and a disappointing coffin. We did not hurry our father as we would have like to and we are not happy about Sinombuso Funeral services. We felt they did not do justice to our father and us as the family. They gave us a small tombstone that is not up to the family standards. As our father paid the ripest range of money we expected everything to be top notch but it was standard. If we wanted to upgrade we had to pay extra money. The coffin we had to pay R10 000 and we still got a dull coffin. My dad was a hard worker and a respected man for him to be buried in that sad cheap looking like coffin. I will appreciate if the matter is looked into and solved. Maybe there are explanations that I will get so that o get closure on how things went with my father’s burial.
