Sinogy solar don’t give back up

sold me system with refurbished batteries and when they failed imported from China PC board to resolve problem yet the battles PC boards are discontinued, they said would resolve issue with new batteries since November last year I’m still waiting, had power outage yesterday batteries only last 2 hours running essentials in the house, be careful people who you chose on solar systems
