Beware of Sinocom China original smartphone

I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Note from Sinocom -- China original smartphone which is a store/seller on AliExpress. I paid for my order of around $529 on 26 May 2015. I kept chasing them and asked for the date my order was shipped and was only told that my order has already been shipped. No shipping date was specified. 5 weeks later I am told that my order was returned to them from customs. I asked that they reship my order but was told that they have no stock. I canceled my order and have not received my refund. I am still waiting for my money.
