I app**** for the singular shares that were sold to companies in 2022 for R2000.00 The application was unsuccessful and singular fs- bula tsela did not bother to explain why. However all that is okay, what is really troubling me is that after Singular FS had promised that if your application was unsuccessful you will get your refund towards year end 2022, it is now almost mid 2023 no refund is done. I have been emailing and calling and I am always sent from pillar to post. All I ever get is "our turnaround time is 48 hours". it is now May 2023 if I am to now start counting 48 hours in the year 2023 I would get lost. All I am asking for is my refund. I feel like SMME's are being treated like dirt.
